Filtering software
From LISWiki
Filtering software are programs that block certain Internet addresses or other content. Also called censorware by critics.
The software may use pattern matching, whitelists or blacklists. The accuracy and security of such tools can be questioned.
Filtering software is used in many libraries on public Internet terminals, sometimes as mandated by law.
